Well it will only allow me to give this romantic place a five star. When honestly it deserves so much more than five. I simply had the best time of my life there. Was the most perfect place to celebrate our Anniversary. The cozy little cabin we stayed at was called Bear Run. I Didn't want to leave. Was so much more than I ever expected. I will definitely return many more times. Can't wait to go back! Very relaxing, extremely peaceful, romantic beautiful place. Perfect place for couples. I just can't say enough good things about it. You just got to go stay there yourself. I most definitely highly recommend this place! Love Love Love it there!!!
I'd love to come back here in the summer time when everything is green!

Stayed here for two nights at the end of October. It's quite a bit off of the "beaten path", which is exactly what I wanted.
Just returned from one night stay and we discussed not leaving and calling into work on Monday because we wanted more time there. Owner was nice. Brought a delicious breakfast and left us alone. My partner marty and I thoroughly needed the time together after a two month separation from one another. We had a fantastic time. Lovely cabin. Great breakfast. Great view.
Breakfast the first st morning was pumpkin pancakes and bacon. Yum! The second day was some type of quiche, which as nice also. Portions were just right- not sure about the people who complain about portions unless they were expecting an all you can eat buffet. There is a coffee pot to make your own coffee. They bring you orange juice.
There is a two person hot tub on the porch, rocking chairs, strings of lights and curtains you can pull for more privacy or to block the wind. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and I had a very nice, long bubble bath while I was there.
When we arrived, the cabin was very cold. I made a call to the owner and they were quick in stopping by to light the pilot light on the gas fireplace. It heated the place up quickly. The owner's cat, Mellow Yellow was also there to welcome us when we arrived. This cat is not shy! He felt right at home after he hopped on my lap and was rewarded with part of my grilled rib eye later on.
We stayed one night and it was the most relaxing time we’ve had. Very clean and private. Breakfast was superb. We will definitely be back and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you for the great experience.
Our cabin was "The Roost" and it's just the right size for two people. Bed was super soft....we had quite a fierce rain storm that lasted for hours. Hearing the rain patterning on the tin roof was very comforting and relaxing.
We came here after our wedding for a mini honeymoon and had the best time! We plan to return every year for our anniversary and can't wait to tell our friends to check it out. So perfect and cozy in a beautiful setting with very kind owners and delicious breakfasts!!!
